Stephen Lerch was recently elected President of the Indiana Creditor’s Bar Association.

Wright & Lerch is pleased to announce the addition of David August to the position of Collection Team Leader. Mr. August graduated in 1983 from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, IN with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. David has over twenty-five years of management and collections experience ranging from a Loss Control Manager for a national, privately held Fortune 500 company to Consumer Collection Manager.

Wright & Lerch is pleased to announce the addition of William C. Butler to its attorney staff. Mr. Butler graduated from Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law in 2000 and has most recently been practicing in the area of mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Butler resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife Abbey and two children.
